Shipping Details

All items are supplied unpainted unless stated otherwise in the item description. All orders are usually shipped with two working days after receipt of payment. In busy times this may increase upto a maximum of 7 days before items are shipped. Shipping method is usually via Standard Parcel Post.  Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item and not the size and shape.

All non-UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Air service - with each package being up to a maximum of 2kg for Air Mail.  Larger shipments will either have to be split into smaller packages or shipped via land or sea.

Shipping method may be altered as required by Ancestral Dawn to fit with the most appropiate shipping method.  This policy is due to the Price In Proportion method that the Royal Mail now ship all UK parcels.  This new method of postal for the UK is very confusing and in some instances a cheaper solution may be available - please feel free to ask if you are ordering several items.

Low Order Fee

We charge £0.50 handling charge for all orders of £5.00 (or under).

No Shipping Available To Your Selected Country

If the web site indicates that we are unable to ship to your country, please contact sales@ancestraldawn.com stating your country and ask for the shipping rates to be calculated. We will then contact you by return email within 24 hours with the appropiate rates for your country being available on the web site.

Returns Policy

An item may be returned for a refund as long as the packaging has not been opened and the item is in the exact same condition when received at Ancestral Dawn as it was when shipped. The refund will be for the actual item purchased only and will not include any shipping or any other fees associated with this transaction.
